General Meeting Minutes
January 21, 2010

Meeting called to order at. 7:40 pm with 25 members present.

Secretaries Report:  Motion by Craig to accept report as read. Second by Fred.
Treasurers Report: Motion by Fred to accept report as read. Second by Craig.
·Both December 2009 and January 2010 Treasurer reports read by Sue Eaton.

Trail Administrators Report:  Craig Ott
·Formal complaint filed to Bow PD regarding Johnson Rd. gate locking.  
·Still waiting solution to Stumpfield Marsh and Drew Lake issues.

Trail Master Report:  Ed King
·Grooming behind due to lack of snow this season.
·Evergreen Drive landowner offered to groom trail behind Sportsmen Club & Machilitis’ home on Clinton Street.
·Mark Dube & Ray Cote still working on trail signs.  Examples shown as aluminum to be pained green with yellow lettering.
·Fred Mullen reports new trail cut to Dimitri’s in Weare.

Membership Report:  Mike Smith
·196 members, 65 new, 13 through PayPal.
·Last night for Super Raffle tickets.
·Bow Funfest, February 6th 8am to Noon at Community Building.  Need volunteers.

New Business:
·Thank you to Dan Weed and all who helped with the Safety Class!
·Club Trip/ Colebrook, February 19 – 21, RSVP to Vickie ASAP to aid in blocking off rooms at Northern Comfort.
·Landowner’s Dinner, March 18, Community Building.  Contact Mitch for info.

Any Other Business:
·50/50 Raffle Drawing total of $70.00. Winner donated $35.00 to Easter Seals and $35.00 to General Fund.
